Cancellation & Refund Policy

Payments made for consultations, government fees, document processing, PRO/GRO services, and corporate services are non-refundable, except where:

 

• • The agreed scope of services has not been delivered within 6 months,

• • AND proof is provided through documented communication.

Refund approvals are solely at the discretion of IMBS management.
