Payment Confirmation
Upon successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered client email within 24 hours.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Payments made for consultations, government fees, document processing, PRO/GRO services, and corporate services are non-refundable, except where:
- The agreed scope of services has not been delivered within 6 months,
- AND proof is provided through documented communication.
Refund approvals are solely at the discretion of IMBS management.
